We happily accept order via the internet, by phone, by fax or by mail. Q: Problems During Checkout What do I do if I experience problems or difficulties during checkout? A: Occasionally problems occur during the checkout process. A: Beth's Country Primitive Home Decor charges a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping on all orders under $100.00. Any order of $100.00 or more receives FREE shipping. United States orders only. Delivery confirmation is included. If you would like to insure your order, please let us know. Canadian orders will receive FREE shipping on orders of $300.00 or more. For Canadian orders under $300.00 a flat rate of $25.00 is charged. Any additional fees (taxes/duties/customs fees) are buyer responsibility. Delivery confirmation is included. International orders are also welcome. Actual shipping fees will be charged. Please contact us for a price quote before ordering. Please do NOT ask us to mark as "gift." Q: Shipping Carriers How will my order be shipped? A: Beth's Country Primitive Home Decor ships orders using all the major carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx. The most common are USPS and UPS. Both offer affordable fast shipping options. We generally ship with the fastest most cost effecient carrier based on package weight and destination. If you prefer a specific carrier, please let us know. All International orders will be shipped using USPS. Q: Speed of Shipment How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: Beth's Country Primitive Home Decor usually processes orders within 2 business days of reciept. Orders normally ship within 5-10 business days of processing. Actual delivery time depends on carrier and method used. USPS Priority Mail generally arrives in 2-3 business days. USPS Parcel Post can take up to 9 business days to arrive. UPS Ground usually arrives in under 5 business days. International shipments will vary due to location and customs. We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Q: Returns and Exchanges What is your store's return policy? A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from Beth's Country Primitive Home Decor. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and request a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized prior to returning. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR ITEMS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. We must be notified of any defects with these 3 days inorder for you to receive a refund or exchange. All authorized return items MUST be in their original purchase condition, which includes the original product packaging, manufacturer's container, paperwork, product cards, manuals and all accessories. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not altered or defaced in any manner. WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN LAUNDERED ITEMS - NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot accept returns on any custom made to order items, books, magazines, anything personalized, soaps, clearance goods or light bulbs. Any order placed for a made to order item may NOT be canceled after 48 hours of placing the order. Once we submit the order to our vendor, there is NO refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee on any package refused upon delivery or returned for not being able to be delivered. Returns should be shipped back to us with insurance and a delivery confirmation number. We cannot refund or exchange any item that is damaged on the return trip or is lost. Returns are processed after arrival and inspection. Returns that do not meet our returns requirements will be refused and returned to sender. Please allow 5 business days after reciept for your return to be processed and exchange or credit issued. Full purchase price of product minus the cost of shipping will be refunded. Most of our images are issued by the manufacturer and were taken in a professional studio to display items as accurately as possible. Gift certificates are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and must be used in full at time of purchase to be valid. Q: Layaway Do you offer a layaway plan? A: Beth's Country Primitive Home Decor is proud to offer a layaway plan to it's valued customers. Your next installment will be due the same day the following month (or the day before, if the date falls on the 31st.) Your last installment will be due the same as on the second month. After your third and final payment has been made you order will finish processing and be shipped. Layaway payments may be made by credit card or invoiced through PayPal. Layaway requests made online will be invoiced separately through PayPal where payment can be made via credit/debit card or PayPal account. Default on the layaway terms above may result in denial of refund on payment(s) made.
