Tonight's dinner is Hamburger Soup. Love simple recipes! This one couldn't get much easier. It does call for a few "processed" ingredients (tomato soup & broth) but also veggies. If you have more time you could probably make a homemade version of the processed items and make it more healthy. I followed this recipe as is and didn't make any changes this time. You could probably also adapt this for a slow cooker or quick cooker/instapot too!!!
