We LOVE this simple recipe. It takes about 25 minutes to make and tastes so much better than those boxed meals (and probably a little healthier too!)

Ingredients:
1 regular can tomato soup (we use store brands)
3/4 box rotini pasta
1 pound hamburger
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen corn
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese (fresh or the kind in a jar is fine)

Directions:
Start cooking pasta is separate pot of water according to pasta instructions. While pasta is cooking, brown hamburger with oregano and drain fat. Add can of soup, water and corn. Heat to boiling. You can turn off or simmer lightly if your pasta is still cooking. Once pasta is done and drained (I rinse mine too) add it to the hamburger mixture. Stir well, add cheese and serve. Makes 4 - 5 servings.
