A goal I have set for myself is to reduce STRESS in my life. I am really working on becoming a "better" me. I guess you could call it a New Year Resolution but it's been in the works for a while. I just decided 2017 is the year I commit to making the change! I will be blogging about little things I am doing along the way as some of things might just help you as well.
